Setup on Martin 000

This guitar came in for a setup after the owner had played another similar guitar I had worked on. There were a few issues with this guitar; there was some pitting on the frets on the high strings, neck was very straight from where it left the body but effectively raised up at the body and the bridge was bulging, probably due to the fact it’s made of mahogany. All this put together meant I couldn’t get the action as low as I would have liked, I still managed to shave off just over a millimetre and it plays well.

To get this guitar any better would mean a fret level and possibly the height of the bridge taking down.
