Re-fret on Gibson 125

This old 125 is from 1964 or there about, it’s been through a bit and I think the tremolo was added after market. I thinks it’s probably had another re-fret in it’s life and I think the neck has been sawn off at the 14th fret and re-glued at some point.

The frets came out easily and I levelled the board and installed new stainless steel frets. Some of your may think this is just wrong but in my opinion a guitar only has so many re-frets in it before you have to replace to the fingerboard, so whatever prevents this fro. happening anytime soon is a good thing in my book.

This needed a new bone nut to complete the job.
